Affiliate Programme

How it works

• Your audience: When someone signs up and subscribes using your referral code, they get 30% off their first period (first month or first year, depending on the plan they choose).
• You: You earn 30% (annual) or 20% (monthly) of (revenue − transaction fees) from that customer for the first 6 months. After that, no further commission on that customer.
• Your referral code is applied at checkout when the person chooses a plan. They can enter it on the Membership page, or use a link that includes the code (e.g. /signup?ref=YOURCODE).

Example earnings (Enterprise plan)

When someone uses your referral code, they get 30% off their first billing period. We then pay you 30% if they enroll annual, 20% if monthly of (revenue − transaction fees). For annual we only pay commission on the first 6 months (half of the annual payment).

Formula: (revenue − transaction fees) × 30% (annual) or 20% (monthly) = your commission

You can see your earnings progress and referral count in the Dashboard → Affiliate section once you’re signed in.

Payouts

Payouts are processed manually. Once your balance reaches at least R100, you will be paid either at the end of that month or as soon as the threshold is reached, depending on timing. If your balance is below R100, it will roll over until it reaches R100, then the same rules apply.

Getting your referral code

If you have an EasyInvoices account, go to Dashboard → Affiliate to see or create your referral code and track your referrals and earnings. If you don’t have an account yet, sign up, then open Affiliate from the dashboard.

Sharing your link

Use a link that includes your code so the referral is applied automatically when they sign up and choose a plan. Example (replace YOURCODE with your actual code):

They’ll see the code pre-filled on the Membership page when they pick a plan. No need to remember or type it.
